TSC Holsters

the original "Ultra Concealment Rig"

(UCR)

it's been copied but theirs is still not as good!

Comfort Guaranteed!

Most people who carry a gun on a regular basis end up with a box full of holsters they no longer use because none of them is quite right. Additionally they are always on the lookout for one that might work better. If this describes you this may be the holster you're looking for. Look at the angle of the gun pictured below, it's set to fit the tang of the gun right into the floating ribs yet still give a full grip on the gun.

Look at the picture below closely, it's a shot of a Glock 35 with a Surefire X200 light attached. The grip is pressed right against the body. In the end it's the grip that almost always creates the print. And for most, they feel the pressure of the grip (smooth) far more than the body of the gun (often pointy and sharp). Still on the picture, the "beltline bulge" with this rig is little more than the gun width itself. This holster is only a few thousandths of an inch wider than the gun.

The UCR holster was designed by a professional concealed carry instructor and personal protection specialist who couldn't get any current manufacturer to produce what he wanted. Eventually he just bought some Kydex and made it himself. From there it snowballed, because everyone who saw it wanted to try it and after that it was too late to go back. Save the hundreds of dollars most experts have invested in a gun carry system and take advantage of 2 decades of experience. These holsters aren't the cheapest, most common, or mass produced, but they simply are the best for actually carrying a gun.

Actually every holster is handmade, almost unheard of in these days of mass production. Most of todays holsters are made by a person who doesn't even carry a gun, much less understand why this tweak should be right here. Experience and knowledge show in the final product.

This is also why the basic design perameter called for 1 holster the fit the entire size range of a family of guns. The same holster works with a full size 1911 government model AND a lighweight officers models. The same holster used for your Glock 35 at the IDPA match can be worn home packing your Glock 27 Sub-Compact or any small frame Glock in between. Same grip angle, same position, and same holster drag. No more need for different holsters and draw techniques depending on what you're doing. Consistancy = competence = confidence = exellence = winning fights.

The KEY;

By moving the belt attachment points away from the widest part of the gun several things happen; 1) the width of the holster becomes drastically reduced making everything far more concealable. Width reduction is generally well over 1/4 of an inch. With some common manufacturers it's over 1/2 of an inch less "stuff" bulging out to give you away. Fractions of an inch make a BIG difference in what you can realisticaly hide. 2) the weight of the gun is spread over a wider area resulting in much less "holster sag" and it's related gun print, and a LOT more comfort. Less hiking up of the gear and looser belts are the result. 3) the gun's grip angle becomes more stable yielding a more consistent grip angle and reliable access. You only need one grab the gun portion to the draw, instead of the much more common; hunt it down, then grab it, then finally draw it out part most people have been forced to adapt to until now. 4) narrower and thus more concealable plastics can be used because less stress is placed on any given part. Even the thinnest competitor uses 1/8th. inch material - that means it (the holster) will be TWICE as thick as what we offer.

These holsters simply conceal better and are more comfortable, so you will just wear the gun more often.

If you are not happy with the comfort and fit, send it back. Simple as that.

It's so rare that I may ask why, and see if I can make it right, but I know that IWB holsters aren't for everyone and I do understand that fact.
